These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dock Watch mobile application and website at dockwatch.app (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Dock Watch ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Dock Watch. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Dock Watch is a platform that allows truck drivers to search, rate, and review shipper and receiver facilities. Facility operators (shippers and receivers) may claim and manage their listings through the Dock Watch Business Portal at business.dockwatch.app.
The driver app is free to use. Dock Watch does not charge drivers for any core features of the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at dwsupport@dockwatch.app.
You may not create accounts using automated means or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
You may submit ratings, reviews, dock notes, photos, and other content ("User Content") through the Service. By submitting User Content, you grant Dock Watch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Service.
You agree that your User Content will not:
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or its users.

Facility operators who claim a listing through the Business Portal agree to provide accurate information about their facility. Operators may respond to driver reviews but may not manipulate, suppress, or falsify review data.
Dock Watch does not verify all information submitted by facility operators and is not responsible for inaccuracies in facility listings.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Dock Watch does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on the platform is accurate, complete, or current.
Facility ratings and reviews reflect the opinions of individual drivers and do not represent the views of Dock Watch. We do not endorse any facility or guarantee the accuracy of any review.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dock Watch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if you have not made any payments).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dock Watch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.
You may delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for information on how your data is handled after deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
