Account Settings

Account Settings — Business Portal

Getting There

Click Account in the left sidebar.


Business Type

Select how your facility operates:

  • Shipper — You ship freight out
  • Receiver — You receive deliveries
  • Both — You do both

This determines how your listing appears to drivers and which review categories apply to you. Click Save after changing.


Account Information

This section shows your:

  • Email address (read-only)
  • Account status — Verified (green) or Unverified (yellow)
  • Member since — the month and year your account was created

Changing Your Password

  1. Click the Change Password section to expand it.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters).
  4. Re-enter your new password to confirm.
  5. Click Update Password.

A green confirmation message will appear, and the form will close automatically.


Editing Business Name, Address, and Contact Info

These are managed from the location listing, not the account settings page. Click Go to Locations (shown at the bottom of the Account page) to navigate there, or go to Locations → Manage Location in the sidebar.
