Driver Reviews — Business Portal
Where to Find Reviews
Click Reviews in the location management sidebar (under your location name), or use the Reviews quick-access card on the Locations page.
You can also see the 5 most recent reviews on your Dashboard.
Filtering Reviews
Use the filter buttons at the top to see reviews by interaction type:
- As Shipper — Reviews from when drivers picked up freight from you
- As Receiver — Reviews from when drivers delivered to you
- All — Every review (default)
What Each Review Shows
| Field | Description |

| Driver name | Who submitted the review (may be "Anonymous Driver") |
| Star rating | 1–5 stars |
| Review type | "shipper" or "receiver" badge |
| Date | When the review was submitted |
| Review text | The driver's written comment |
| Reason tags | The specific factors the driver selected (e.g., "Timely Service", "Staff Friendliness") |
Loading More Reviews
Reviews load 10 at a time. Click Load more reviews at the bottom to see older ones.
Understanding Driver Feedback
The reason tags on each review are particularly useful — they tell you exactly what the driver highlighted as a factor, even if they didn't write much text. Common positive tags include "Staff Friendliness", "Timely Service", and "Clean Bathrooms". Common negative tags include "Held too long at the facility" and "Bad signage".
Looking for patterns across multiple reviews will show you what drivers consistently appreciate or what's causing friction.
Can I Respond to Reviews?
Review response functionality is in development. For now, you can view all reviews but cannot reply directly through the portal.
