Managing Location Info — Business Portal

Getting There

1. Go to Locations in the sidebar.
2. Click Manage Location.
3. You're now in the location management section. The sidebar will switch to location-specific navigation.

Business Details

Edit your facility's basic information:

• Business Name — The name drivers search for and see on your listing
• Phone Number — A general contact number for the facility

Click Save Changes when done.

Address

Update your facility address if it has changed:

• Street Address
• City
• State (2-letter abbreviation)
• ZIP Code

Click Save Changes to apply.

Amenities

Amenities tell drivers what your facility offers. They're displayed prominently on your listing.

To add a preset amenity: Click any of the preset buttons to toggle it on. Active amenities are highlighted.

Available presets: Driver's Restroom · Pet-Friendly Area · Spacious Parking · Driver's Lounge · Wi-Fi Connectivity · Vending Machines · Food Delivery Services Acceptance

To add a custom amenity:

1. Type in the "Add custom amenity..." field.
2. Click Add (or press Enter).
3. Your custom amenity appears as a blue tag.
4. Click the × on any tag to remove it.

Facility Requirements

Add rules that drivers need to follow at your facility. These are shown to drivers before they arrive.

To add a rule:

1. Type your rule in the text field (e.g., "Must arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment").
2. Click Add or press Enter.

To remove a rule: Click the × button next to any rule in the list.

Location Photos

Photos give drivers a visual preview of your facility — the entrance, dock doors, parking area, etc.

To upload photos:

1. Click Add Photos.
2. Select one or more image files from your computer.
3. Photos appear in a grid. Hover over any photo to see a delete button (×).

To remove a photo: Hover over it and click the × in the top-right corner.

Saving Your Changes

Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page. A green confirmation message will appear briefly when your changes have been saved.

If there's an error, a red message will appear explaining what went wrong.
