Getting Started — Business Portal

Creating an Account

  1. Go to business.dockwatch.app and click Create account.
  2. Enter your email address and choose a password (minimum 8 characters).
  3. Select your business type:

- Shipper — You ship freight out from your facility - Receiver — You receive deliveries at your dock - Both — You do both

  1. Check the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  2. Click Create account.
  3. Check your email for a 4-digit verification code.
  4. Enter the 4 digits on the verification screen — the cursor moves automatically between fields.
  5. Click Verify email. You'll be redirected to sign in.

Didn't receive the code? Wait 60 seconds, then click Resend code.


Signing In

  1. Go to business.dockwatch.app.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Click Sign in.

Forgot Your Password?

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email address and click Send reset code.
  3. Enter the 4-digit code sent to your email.
  4. Choose a new password (minimum 8 characters), confirm it, and click Reset password.

What's Next After Signing In?

After your first login, you'll land on the Dashboard. The most important next step is to claim your location — this links your account to your facility and unlocks the Verified & Insured badge that drivers see.
