How do I claim my facility?

Go to Locations and click Find and Claim Location. You'll search for your facility, confirm it, upload a COI document, and submit. Approval typically takes less than 24 hours. See Claiming Your Location for the full walkthrough.

What is the Verified & Insured badge?

It's a badge displayed to drivers on your listing indicating that your business has claimed the facility (Verified) and has an active Certificate of Insurance on file (Insured). Drivers use it to identify reliable, professionally-managed facilities.

What document do I need to claim my location?

An ACORD 25 Certificate of Insurance is preferred. We also accept business licenses and utility bills. The document must show your business operating at the facility's address.

My location is already claimed by a colleague. What do I do?

Find your location in the claim wizard and click it — you'll see a Request Access option. Submit the request with your title and a brief note. The location owner will be notified and can approve your access from the COI & Team section.

What can team members do?

Managers can view and edit location info, see driver reviews, and manage contacts. They cannot upload COI documents or manage other team members. Only the primary account owner can do those things.

How do I add dock contacts?

Go to Locations → Manage Location → Contacts and click Add Contact. See Contacts for details.

Can I respond to driver reviews?

Not yet — review responses are in development. You can view all reviews but cannot reply through the portal at this time.

My COI is expiring — how do I update it?

Go to Locations → Manage Location → COI & Team and click Upload New COI. Upload your updated ACORD 25 document and our system will extract the new coverage details automatically.

How do I update my business name or address?

Go to Locations → Manage Location and edit the Business Details or Address section. Click Save Changes when done.

How do I add photos of my facility?

Go to Locations → Manage Location, scroll to Location Images, and click Add Photos. You can upload multiple images at once.

How do I change my password?

Go to Account in the sidebar, click Change Password, and follow the steps. See Account Settings for details.
