How to Rate a Facility

You can start a rating two ways:

  • Tap Give Rating (blue button) on a facility's detail screen
  • Tap the center tab (+ icon) on the bottom navigation bar

The Rating Flow

Step 1: Select Your Role

Choose how you interacted with the facility:

  • Shipper — They were sending freight out
  • Receiver — They were taking your delivery
  • Both — You were loading and unloading

Step 2: Give a Star Rating

Tap the stars to select a rating from 1 to 5.

Step 3: Select What Influenced Your Rating

After selecting your stars, you'll be asked what played a role. The options change depending on your rating:

For ratings of 3 stars or below:

  • Staff unfriendliness
  • Unsanitary bathrooms
  • Held too long at the facility
  • Bad signage / difficulty finding where to go
  • Contradicting information
  • Other

For ratings of 4 or 5 stars:

  • Staff friendliness
  • Clean bathrooms
  • Timely service
  • Clean signage / easy to find where to go
  • Other

You can select multiple options.

Step 4: Add Photos (Optional)

Tap the photo area to add up to 10 images from your camera roll. Photos are visible to other drivers on the facility's reviews tab.

Step 5: Write a Review (Optional)

Type any additional details in the text field. The more context, the more useful your review will be to the next driver.

Step 6: Submit

Tap Submit. Your rating is immediately visible to other drivers.


Additional Questions

After submitting, you may see a few quick yes/no questions about the facility:

  • Can you check in more than 1 hour before your appointment?
  • Can you stay after your appointment time?
  • Do they have a driver's restroom?
  • Are they pet friendly?
  • Do you have to scale before your appointment?

These questions build the factual data other drivers rely on. They take about 10 seconds to answer.


Can I Rate a Facility More Than Once?

Yes. Each visit is a separate experience. From the Home tab, past visits appear as cards with a Rate Again button.


Can I Edit or Delete a Review?

Tap any past review from your Home tab to view it. If the review is still editable, you'll see an Edit Review button. Tap it to make changes.
