Settings & Account — Driver App
Accessing Settings
Tap the Settings tab (rightmost tab) at the bottom of the screen.
At the top of the screen you'll see your profile photo, name, and email.
Notifications
Toggle Notifications on or off.
- When on, you'll receive push notifications for appointment updates and activity on your reviews.
- If Dock Watch doesn't have notification permission, tapping the toggle will open your iPhone's Settings so you can grant it.
Face ID
Toggle Face ID on to require biometric authentication when opening or returning to the app. This keeps your account secure if someone else picks up your phone.
Editing Your Profile
- Tap Edit Profile (below your name and email at the top).
- Update any of the following:
- Profile photo - Full name - Email address - Phone number - Address - State - Country
- Tap Update to save.
Changing Your Password
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Change Password.
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
- Tap Change Password.
This option is only available if you signed up with email and password (not Google, Apple, or Facebook).

Tap About Us to read information about Dock Watch and what the app does.
Terms & Conditions
Tap Terms & Conditions to read the full terms of service.
Contact Us
Tap Contact Us to send a message to the Dock Watch support team. Fill in your name, email, subject, and message, then tap Submit.
Deleting Your Account
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
Signing Out
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Logout at the bottom.
- Confirm when prompted.
